Basics Life provides free shipping on all prepaid orders across India. Standard delivery is stated as 2-3 days for listed metro cities and 4-7 days for tier-2 and tier-3 cities. Cash on Delivery orders carry a shipping fee, and final serviceability is checked using the customers Indian PIN code.
Basics Life allows free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for eligible items that are unworn, unwashed and retain their original tags. Reverse pickup is free, including size or colour exchanges. Refunds are stated to take 5-7 business days after pickup to the original payment method.
